TERMS OF TRADE

• New customer – we accept Cash or Cheque at completion of job. No discount for cash.

• Current customer – we accept Cash, Cheque or Direct Credit within 7 days. 

• Invoices will be issued for all payments.

• Non-payments will be passed on to a Debt Collection Agency and a negative credit rating will be held by ourselves and our affiliates.

• Our expectation is that we are to be informed by yourselves of any issues.

• Warranty – We do not give a timeframe warranty for our pest control because of numerous reasons which could result in non-performance, but we do ensure that we address any issue to the satisfaction of customer and ourselves.  We manage our business this way because we cannot put effectiveness timelines on a State that has so many variables in its climatic conditions.
